HiWox is building a personalised HealthTech and wellness intelligence ecosystem across 9 wellness dimensions. The platform collects and structures health, lifestyle, behavioural, device and clinical data, processes it through deterministic and explainable rule-based intelligence, and generates personalised recommendations, rituals, programs and progress insights.

We are looking for a HealthTech Product Owner who can take ownership of the product from healthcare requirements to technology execution and user outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy &
- Roadmap Own the HiWox product roadmap, priorities, feature development and long-term HealthTech product strategy.
- Healthcare-to-Product Translation Convert healthcare, wellness and scientific requirements into clear product features, workflows, assessments, data structures and user journeys.
- End-to-End Product Design Own workflows covering onboarding, health assessments, data collection, consultations, recommendations, personalised programs, rituals, reminders, progress tracking and reporting.
- 9-Dimension Health Framework Work with Healthcare Scientists, Researchers and Wellness Consultants to structure parameters, assessments, data points, scoring systems and measurable outcomes across all 9 dimensions.
- Intelligence Engine Translate healthcare logic and expert frameworks into deterministic, rule-based decision systems that produce explainable and evidence-backed recommendations.
- Health Data Integration Define product requirements for data coming from smartphones, apps, wearables, smart rings,



health devices, sensors and clinical tests.
- Technology Collaboration Work closely with developers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, healthcare experts and technology partners to convert product requirements into scalable technology.
- Dashboards &
- Reporting Define dashboards and reporting systems for users, consultants, HiWox Captains, partners and internal teams, including scores, trends, compliance, progress and health insights.
- Product Validation Conduct user research, collect feedback, analyse product usage and continuously improve features, workflows and user experience.
- Metrics &
- Outcomes Define and monitor product metrics such as engagement, assessment completion, recommendation adherence, program participation, retention and measurable transformation outcomes.
- Integrations &
- Innovation Evaluate and prioritise integrations with healthcare devices, APIs, AI systems, data platforms and emerging HealthTech technologies.
- Product Documentation &
- Execution Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, product specifications and implementation documentation while maintaining execution ownership.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, Healthcare SaaS, WellnessTech or a related domain




- Strong product management/product ownership experience
- Understanding of healthcare data, assessments, clinical workflows or wellness systems
- Ability to work with doctors, healthcare scientists, data scientists and technology teams
- Experience building data-driven digital products
- Understanding of APIs, mobile/web applications, analytics and technology integrations
- Strong problem-solving, product thinking and execution ability
- Ability to work in an early-stage startup environment with high ownership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build rather than only manage

Engagement
- Equity-based founding role
- No fixed salary at the current stage
- 20–25 hours per week
- Remote / hybrid
- High ownership and decision-making responsibility
- Equity based on contribution, responsibility and long-term commitment
- 5-year vesting structure for core founding members
- Fixed compensation to be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilisation

Key Outcome Build and own the HealthTech product layer that connects healthcare expertise, structured health data, technology and HiWox's rule-based intelligence engine into a scalable, personalised and explainable wellness platform.
