Role Description This is a full-time, in office Healthcare Sales role based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with a monthly compensation of approximately 30,000 INR.

The Healthcare

Sales professional will identify and engage prospective corporate, insurance, school, and institutional clients, present wellness solutions, and support them in selecting suitable programs. Daily activities include managing lead pipelines, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, gathering market feedback, and representing Plan My Health at events or meetings as needed. The position requires consistent office presence, field visits within Mumbai, and close collaboration with the operations and wellness delivery teams.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage expediting-related activities, including coordinating with stakeholders and acting effectively in an Expeditor capacity.
- Skills in Expediting and Project Management to ensure timely execution of client onboarding,



wellness program rollouts, and related deliverables.
- Experience with Inspection and quality checks to verify that services and wellness programs meet agreed standards.
- Competence in Logistics Management to coordinate scheduling, on-site wellness camps, and movement of resources and personnel.
- Proven experience in healthcare or wellness sales, business development, or corporate sales, preferably in Mumbai or similar markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment with regular client visits and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic CRM systems; familiarity with corporate wellness or insurance ecosystems is an advantage.
