- End-to-end recruitment for phlebotomists, diagnostics staff, specimen collection (urine collection, tagging, and lab logistics), and rider/blue-collar roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates within timelines.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals, field hiring, and direct outreach.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and US entity requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
Key Requirements
- Mandatory:Experience in diagnostics or healthcare recruitment from US healthcare entities, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Phlebotomist hiring, healthcare recruitment, or rider/blue-collar hiring.
- The candidate should have excellent spoken English that is easy for clients or candidates to understand.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and field hiring.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience recruiting for diagnostics labs, specimen collection staff, or healthcare logistics roles.
- Understanding of compliance and operational workflows in healthcare staffing.
