Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The engineer will be responsible for designing HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects, including load calculations, equipment selection, duct routing, and layout preparation in coordination with project teams. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, preparing design drawings, coordinating with plumbing and mechanical teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The role involves collaborating with sales, execution, and client teams to refine designs, optimize energy efficiency, and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning. The engineer will also prepare technical documentation, support tender submissions, and participate in site visits to validate designs and address on-ground challenges.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in HVAC Design and HVAC system planning for various building types.
- Candidates should possess skills in Plumbing coordination and integration with mechanical services.
- Candidates should possess skills in performing detailed Calculations, including heat load, airflow, and energy efficiency assessments.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles relevant to building services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in designing HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, or large residential projects is beneficial.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices in HVAC and plumbing design.
- Proficiency with design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
