We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment & Licensing Consultant with strong expertise in recruiting nurses for Middle East placements and hands-on knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing procedures.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment, credential verification, licensing, and onboarding process for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit qualified nurses for UAE and GCC healthcare facilities.
- Screen candidates based on clinical experience, specialty, qualifications, and licensing eligibility.
- Coordinate UAE healthcare licensing processes for MOHAP, DHA, DOH/HAAD, and SHA.
- Handle DataFlow/PSV, Good Standing Certificates, Prometric/CBT examinations, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate files, verification reports, examination results, and licensing records.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, homecare, and other healthcare facilities regarding candidate status and onboarding.
- Assist candidates with licensing, visa, medical fitness, Emirates ID, and onboarding procedures.
- Ensure candidates meet applicable UAE regulatory and facility requirements.
- Manage communication with candidates from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
- Monitor recruitment and licensing processes from initial screening through deployment.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment,



preferably international nurse recruitment for GCC countries.
- Experience recruiting nurses for hospitals, clinics, homecare, or telehealth facilities.
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing systems and requirements.
- Practical knowledge of DHA/Sheryan, DOH/TAMM, MOHAP, and SHA licensing processes.
- Knowledge of eligibility requirements for Registered Nurses, Assistant Nurses, and Midwives.
- Hands-on experience with DataFlow/PSV and credential verification.
- Knowledge of Prometric/CBT examination requirements.
- Solid documentation and coordination skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work with candidates and employers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, HR, or a related field preferred.

Additional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing the complete healthcare recruitment and UAE licensing workflow, with the ability to coordinate efficiently between candidates, employers, licensing authorities, and internal teams.
