nHead – Senior Professional Knowledge Apprentice Programme

n

nHOMRE Limited is establishing a Senior Professional Knowledge Apprentice Programme for accomplished professionals (Preferably Retired )who wish to use their experience, skills and time productively while helping build the next generation of professionals and enterprise.

nWe use the word “Apprentice” deliberately. Learning and contribution do not end with seniority. Under this programme, experienced leaders will apply their knowledge to live business situations, work with HOMRE’s management teams and help develop stronger companies, capable professionals and sustainable projects.

nThe Programme Head will establish and lead this initiative within HOM Group.

nPurpose of the Programme

nThe programme will provide senior professionals with a structured opportunity to:

n• Remain professionally engaged and use their time meaningfully

n• Support their personal well-being through purposeful participation

n• Apply knowledge accumulated over many years to practical business challenges

n• Transfer experience to younger managers and the next generation of professionals

n• Help promoter-led and family-owned businesses become professionally managed enterprises

n• Contribute to the growth of HOMRE’s production, green-energy, finance and capital-market platform

n• Return knowledge and experience to society through measurable business and institutional development

nNature of the Engagement

nThis is a purpose-led knowledge contribution programme. It is not being offered as a conventional, highly paid executive position.

nThere will be:

n• No salary or conventional remuneration package





n• No expectation of heavy fixed compensation

n• Only an agreed stipend for participation in the programme

n• Eligibility for performance-linked ESOPs where the participant makes a sustained and measurable contribution to the success of the programme, projects and company

nThe ESOP opportunity is intended to align long-term contribution with long-term value creation. Any ESOP grant will remain subject to performance, continued association, vesting conditions, legal eligibility, the applicable ESOP scheme and all necessary Board, shareholder and regulatory approvals.

nNo ESOP entitlement arises merely from applying, joining the programme or receiving a stipend.

nRole of the Programme Head

n

nThe selected qualified will:

n• Establish the programme’s governance, operating structure and mentor panel

n• Identify experienced professionals for plant operations, production, finance and capital raising assignments

n• Define measurable objectives, responsibilities, timelines and performance indicators

n• Coordinate improvement programmes across production, quality, maintenance, procurement, safety and working capital

n• Support funding initiatives involving banks, debt markets, HNIs, private investors, family offices and capital markets

n• Develop a structured system for transferring knowledge to HOMRE’s managers and younger professionals





n• Ensure that every assignment creates measurable operational, financial or organisational improvement

n• Report programme progress and outcomes to HOMRE’s senior management and designated Board leadership

nWho Should Apply

n

nWe welcome senior professionals who have:

n• At least 25 years of leadership or specialist experience

n• Successfully professionalised promoter-led or family-owned businesses

n• Improved production, plant performance, quality, cost control or working capital

n• Raised or arranged finance from banks, institutions, HNIs, private investors, family offices or capital markets

n• Helped smaller companies develop into professionally managed, multi-asset enterprises

n• Built effective management teams, governance systems and succession capability

n• A genuine desire to share knowledge and contribute to the development of the next generation

nThis programme is best suited to professionals who value purpose, continuing engagement and long-term contribution more than immediate financial remuneration.
