Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an agile, field-ready HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations across multiple active construction project sites.

1. Recruitment: Source and onboard worthy & reliable candidates who would excel with the firm. (Project Managers, Billing Engineers, site Engineers, Safety Officers etc ).
2. Should have worked in a construction company for more than 5 years.
3. Should Ensure statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Labour license etc.
4. Manage muster rolls, biometric logs, and daily wage calculations of staff.
5. Over seeing site requirements and arranging recruitment drive regularly.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Industry Experience: 8 to 12 years of core HR experience, with a minimum of 5to 6 years strictly within the Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate.
2. Qualifications: MBA in HR, MSW-HR.
3. In-depth, practical knowledge of statutory compliances including, BOCW.
4. Highly resilient and willing to work directly out of project site offices or travel across active project locations to oversee the project staff requirement.
