About the Role

Primacy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a strong Head – Sales & Marketing to lead the business growth of PriERP and Odoo ERP solutions.

This is a leadership role for someone who can manage strategy, sales targets, team performance, CRM discipline, marketing campaigns, reporting, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own monthly and annual sales targets for PriERP and Odoo ERP.
- Manage the sales, pre-sales, and marketing team.
- Create weekly and monthly sales plans and assign individual targets.
- Track leads, meetings, demos, proposals, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
- Maintain structured reporting through CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Build and manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for SME and enterprise customers.
- Review team performance and take corrective action where required.
- Track marketing ROI, lead sources, conversion rates,



and campaign performance.
- Provide clear weekly management reports covering target vs. achievement, pipeline, gaps, and next actions.

Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B sales / ERP / SaaS / IT solution sales experience.
- Experience managing a sales or sales & marketing team.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and CRM skills.
- Robust understanding of targets, KPIs, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, ERPNext, Zoho, or similar solutions preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
