Head – Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)

Location: JSW Dolvi, Pen, Maharashtra

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial Production / Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience: 8–10 years

Industry Experience: Steel Plant / Coke Oven Plant

Job Purpose:

Lead plant operations and maintenance activities to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient plant performance, with a strong focus on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day Operations & Maintenance of the Coke Oven Plant.
- Ensure maximum plant availability, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle equipment erection, installation, commissioning, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, environmental, SMPs, and SOPs.




- Manage spares planning, inventory, procurement coordination, and vendors.
- Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams for smooth plant operations.
- Lead and develop operations and maintenance teams and drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements:

- B.Tech qualification is mandatory – Diploma candidates should not apply.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Steel Plant / Coke Oven / Process Plant.
- Coke Oven operations and maintenance experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, equipment reliability, commissioning, and safety practices.

Pay: ₹68,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
