Role Description The Head of Technology will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution for Zenlynx’s AI-driven sustainability platform in a full time remote role. This position oversees IT architecture, infrastructure, and operations, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that support product development and customer delivery.

The role includes managing technology roadmaps, guiding engineering and IT teams, and collaborating with product, data, and business stakeholders to align technical initiatives with company goals. The Head of Technology will establish best practices for IT governance, risk management, and compliance,



while driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency. This leader will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing technology organization and supporting strategic partnerships and vendor management.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including enterprise systems, cloud platforms, data integration, and security.
- Demonstrated experience in IT Management and IT Operations, with a track record of leading cross-functional technology teams and overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Proven ability to develop and execute IT Strategy that supports business objectives, digital transformation, and long-term scalability.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure design and management, including networks, hosting, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Experience leading technology functions in SaaS, data analytics, AI, or enterprise software environments.
- Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, or climate-related data domains is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed setting and manage global teams and partners.
