About the job EDIO is an electronics repair-tech company building tools, devices, training solutions, and intelligent systems for repair professionals across India. We are looking for a results-driven D2C Sales Head to build and lead our direct-to-customer sales operations. You will be responsible for increasing product sales through calls, WhatsApp, our website, social media, events, and technician communities.

Develop and execute EDIO’s D2C sales strategy. Own monthly revenue, conversion, and collection targets. Convert leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, the website, and events. Recruit, train, and manage the inside-sales team.

Track sales performance using CRM reports and dashboards. 3–7 years of experience in D2C, inside sales, telesales, e-commerce, or consumer-electronics sales.



~ Experience managing sales targets and leading a team. ~ Knowledge of CRM, lead management, WhatsApp sales, and sales funnels. ~ Ability to analyse sales data and improve team performance. ~ Fluency in English and at least one regional Indian language. ~ Experience in electronics, tools, appliances, spare parts, or technical products is preferred.
