Role Description The Head of Retail Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode, responsible for leading all retail-focused marketing initiatives for Ueir Organic Foods. This role oversees the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns that drive footfall, sales, and brand awareness across retail outlets. Day-to-day activities include creating retail marketing strategies, managing promotional calendars, coordinating in-store branding and merchandising, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

The Head of Retail Marketing collaborates with sales teams, store managers, and senior leadership to align marketing plans with business goals and customer needs. The role also involves managing budgets, guiding a small marketing team,



and ensuring that all activities reflect the brand’s commitment to organic, chemical-free products and farmer-centric sourcing.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Retail Marketing and Market Planning, with the ability to design and execute effective store-level campaigns.

- Proficiency in Marketing and Marketing Management, including strategy development, brand positioning, and campaign oversight.

- Experience in Sales within a retail or FMCG environment, with a track record of driving revenue and customer engagement.

- Proven ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to inform marketing decisions.

- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with operations, merchandising, and finance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and timelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.

- Experience in organic foods, retail grocery, or consumer goods sectors is preferred.

- Comfort working in office in Erode and engaging directly with stores, customers, and local partners.
