- Lead the complete safety function of the company/project.
- Prepare and implement the overall HSE/Safety plan.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, standards and company policies.
- Monitor safety performance across all projects/sites.
- Lead safety meetings and management reviews.
- Investigate major accidents/incidents and ensure corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project heads, contractors and consultants.
- Maintain safety KPIs and prepare reports for management.
- Lead and guide Safety Officers, Inspector and Trainer.
Key Requirement Robust experience in construction/real estate safety management, team leadership, incident investigation and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
