Role Description The Head of Production is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing all production activities for solar EPC projects and lithium-ion battery manufacturing. This role includes planning and managing production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring output meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Head of Production will lead production teams, coordinate closely with operations, procurement, and engineering, and monitor daily performance metrics to achieve cost, time, and efficiency targets.

The position also involves managing production budgets, driving continuous improvement initiatives,



and implementing best practices for lean and sustainable manufacturing. Collaboration with senior leadership to align production capacity with business goals and project pipelines is a core part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee end-to-end manufacturing and ensure timely delivery.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in Operations Management and Budgeting to optimize processes, control costs, and manage production-related financials.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, including leading diverse production teams, coaching staff, and fostering a safe, inclusive workplace.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in solar EPC, batteries, or related energy technologies.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in industrial production environments.
- Ability to analyze data, use production and ERP tools, and implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced qualification is an advantage.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and on-site in Raipur.
