Role Description The Head of Operations will lead end-to-end operational strategy and execution across Chowk Entertainment’s portfolio of family entertainment centers. This full-time remote role includes overseeing daily operational performance, setting and monitoring KPIs, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences across all locations. The person in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage budgets, and drive efficiency in areas such as facility management, staffing, scheduling, vendor relationships, and compliance.





They will be responsible for designing and implementing standard operating procedures, scaling operational models for current centers, and supporting rapid rollouts in emerging towns. The Head of Operations will also analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, manage risk, and support leadership in long-term planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

- Operations leadership and management skills, including experience overseeing multi-site or multi-location businesses.
- Strategic planning, process improvement, and performance management skills to develop and implement scalable operating models.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and ROI analysis, with the ability to align operations to business goals.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or community-focused spaces is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work remotely, manage distributed teams, and use digital tools for collaboration and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, community-oriented initiatives and customer-centric operations.
