What you’ll do:

- Own the content pipeline from concept to publish.
- Develop content strategy, formats, campaigns, and publishing schedules.
- Script and conceptualise content across short-form and long-form formats.
- Travel with the founding team and shoot in office projects and stories.
- Handle cinematography, camera, lighting, and sound.
- Build founder-led, product, behind-the-scenes, and brand content.
- Track content performance and improve formats based on what works.

Required Experience:

- Strong understanding of cinematography, framing, lighting, sound, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong scripting, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
- Comfortable handling camera and production equipment independently.
- Strong eye for design, colour, composition, and detail.
- Familiarity with and passion for technology.




- Comfortable working closely with founders and senior teams.

Nice to have:

- Experience in a startup or founder-led company.
- Experience building content from scratch or owning a brand’s content function.
- Experience with YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently for shoots and projects.
