Role purpose

Lead the design and execution of Chakra Academy’s learning model across school partnerships and integrated online NEET/JEE programs. The role owns curriculum structure, teaching pedagogy, assessment quality and measurable student progress. As the academic leader across five hubs, this person will build the systems and team needed to deliver a consistent learning experience as the organisation grows.

Leadership mandate

Learning architecture and pedagogy

- Design the academic framework: learning pathways, subject plans, instructional methods, practice cycles and revision schedules aligned to school calendars and NEET/JEE requirements.
- Set standards for how concepts are taught, reinforced and assessed across classroom, integrated school and online formats; adapt support to different student starting points.
- Own the digital content and assessment pipeline, including question bank design, review, quality control and timely publication on the learning platform.

Student outcomes and academic quality
- Define learning indicators and review student progress through diagnostic, formative and mock assessments; identify gaps and put corrective teaching plans in place.




- Establish academic reviews across hubs, using performance data, learner feedback and faculty obervations to improve instruction and engagement.

People and institutional leadership

- Build and guide subject leads and faculty across the five hubs; partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, training and performance development.
- Work with principals and school correspondents on integrated timetables and program delivery; lead orientations for school leaders, parents and students.
- Represent Chakra Academy in institutional discussions, academic forums and the Principals’ Conclave, bringing a transparent view of its learning approach and results.

Candidate profile

Academic leader with experience designing and running structured learning programs, preferably in NEET/JEE preparation. Strong in pedagogy, assessment design, faculty leadership and school engagement. Tamil, English and Hindi proficiency required; other South Indian languages are an advantage. Willing to travel across state hubs.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
