About Trevexa Health Solutions

Trevexa Health Solutions provides Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to hospitals and healthcare organizations in the United States, with operations across the US and India.

As we build and scale our operations, we are looking for an experienced Head of IT / IT Infrastructure & Security Manager to take ownership of our IT infrastructure, information security, systems, and technology operations.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can design and build a secure, scalable IT environment from the ground up and establish the technology and security framework required for a US healthcare services organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall ownership of Trevexa's IT infrastructure, systems, security, and IT operations.
- Design and manage servers, cloud infrastructure, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint environments.
- Develop a secure IT architecture for India–US healthcare operations and remote access.
- Manage Microsoft 365, identity management, user access, MFA, permissions, and device management.
- Establish appropriate controls to protect PHI and other sensitive business information.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, monitoring, logging, and incident response processes.
- Manage secure access to EHR and other healthcare applications and ensure appropriate employee restrictions.
- Establish controls around data access, data transfer, downloads, USB devices, printing, remote access, and unauthorized sharing, as appropriate to the environment.
- Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
- Lead IT onboarding/offboarding, asset management, software licensing, and access reviews.
- Manage and mentor the IT team and coordinate with external IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and technology vendors.
- Support HIPAA-related security requirements, risk assessments, audits, and client security requirements.




- Evaluate and implement technology solutions as Trevexa's operations and workforce grow.
- Develop IT SOPs, policies, documentation, and infrastructure standards.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in IT Administration, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or a related field.
- Strong experience in networking, servers, cloud infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint management, and cybersecurity.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, identity and access management, MFA, and device management.
- Good understanding of data security, access control, encryption, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data security requirements.
- Experience managing and leading an IT team.
- Ability to independently assess requirements and design an IT environment for a growing organization.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, vendor management, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working with US-based organizations or clients.
- Previous experience in US healthcare, hospitals, RCM, healthcare BPO, or healthcare technology.
- Experience working with EHR systems and environments handling PHI.
- Experience designing or managing India–US IT infrastructure and secure remote access.
- Experience with Azure/AWS, Microsoft Intune/Entra ID, enterprise firewalls, endpoint security, and security monitoring.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, Security+, Microsoft, Azure, or AWS will be an advantage.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for a senior IT professional who can take complete ownership of IT and security at Trevexa — from infrastructure and network architecture to employee access, data protection, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and ongoing IT operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable building an IT environment from the ground up, identifying security risks, explaining technical decisions to business leadership, and establishing systems that can scale with the organization.

Candidates with solid US healthcare IT and HIPAA-related experience are encouraged to apply.
