Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & People Management

- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Immigration Managers, Executives, and case-processing professionals handling visa and immigration matters across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven work environment.
- Set clear team objectives, KPIs, and performance targets, and monitor achievement against defined service standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, training, and process guidance to improve team capability and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training, development, and resource requirements.

2. Visa & Immigration Case Management
- Oversee the end-to-end management of visa and immigration cases, including client assessment, eligibility evaluation, documentation review, case preparation, petition/application preparation, filing, submission, follow-ups, and status tracking.
- Ensure all cases are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines and service-level standards.
- Manage complex business, investment, employment, student, residency, and other immigration matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee the handling of approvals, refusals, RFEs/requests for additional information, interviews, appointments, and post-approval/pre-departure requirements, where applicable.
- Ensure effective coordination among clients, legal teams, immigration professionals, government authorities, embassies, consulates, and internal departments.

3. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all immigration operations comply with applicable immigration laws, regulations, government requirements, procedural guidelines, and company policies.
- Establish and maintain robust documentation, compliance, and quality-control standards.
- Conduct regular case audits and quality reviews to identify errors, compliance gaps, and operational risks.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize processing errors and improve case quality and outcomes.
- Monitor changes in immigration regulations, visa policies, and government procedures and ensure timely implementation across the operations team.

4. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Review existing immigration and visa workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational gaps.
- Develop and implement standardized SOPs, process maps, checklists, templates, and quality-control mechanisms.
- Introduce digital tools and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and case visibility.
- Drive improvements in turnaround time, accuracy, productivity, compliance, and overall client experience.




- Continuously evaluate operational processes and implement best practices across immigration service lines.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients and high-priority or complex immigration cases.
- Manage case-related escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Provide accurate and timely case updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build effective working relationships with Sales, Legal, Finance, Compliance, HR, and other internal functions.
- Ensure seamless coordination between all stakeholders involved in the immigration process.

6. Reporting, Analytics & Performance Management
- Develop and monitor key operational metrics, including:
- Case volumes and pipeline
- Turnaround time
- Team productivity
- Documentation accuracy
- Approval and refusal trends
- RFE/request-for-information volumes
- Client satisfaction
- Pending and escalated cases
- SLA adherence
- Prepare regular operational dashboards and management reports.
- Analyze trends and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Present operational insights and recommendations to senior management.

7. Resource & Budget Planning
- Plan manpower and resource allocation in line with business volumes, case complexity, and service-delivery requirements.
- Identify hiring and training requirements for the immigration operations function.
- Support workforce planning and operational budgeting activities.
- Ensure efficient utilization of human and operational resources while maintaining service quality.

8. Policy & Business Support
- Contribute operational insights to company policies, business strategies, and service-development initiatives related to immigration and business migration.
- Support the evaluation and launch of new visa categories, countries, immigration programs, and service offerings.
- Assess operational feasibility, compliance requirements, staffing needs, process requirements, and associated risks for current immigration services.
- Collaborate with senior management on initiatives aimed at expanding and improving immigration service capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Relevant certifications in immigration, visa processing, compliance, or legal services will be an advantage.




- Certification as an Immigration Consultant, Attorney, or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.

Mandatory Experience
- 8–12 years of proven professional experience in immigration, visa operations, or immigration case management is mandatory.
- Candidates without substantial hands-on experience in the immigration or visa industry will not be considered.
- Proven experience managing immigration operations, case-processing teams, and high-volume visa and immigration portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience managing 5 direct reports.
- Strong experience in operations management, project management, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases, competing priorities, and time-sensitive immigration matters.

- United Arab Emirates
- Golden Visa
- Residency and other UAE visa programs
- Other relevant work, business, investment, student, residency, and migration programs across international jurisdictions.

Technical & Process Expertise
- Strong understanding of end-to-end immigration and visa processes, including:
- Client assessment and eligibility evaluation
- Documentation and compliance verification
- Case preparation and review
- Petition and application preparation
- Government filing and submission procedures
- Immigration authority correspondence
- Embassy and consular processes
- Visa interviews and appointment procedures
- Case follow-ups and status tracking
- Approval, refusal, RFE, and request-for-information management
- Post-approval and pre-departure processes, where applicable
- Strong knowledge of immigration documentation, compliance requirements, government filing procedures, and visa-processing workflows.
- Ability to interpret and implement changes in immigration laws, regulations, policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Proven experience developing and implementing SOPs, checklists, quality-control frameworks, and standardized workflows for immigration operations teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
