Location: Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete HR function of the organization.

- Handle recruitment, manpower planning and onboarding.

- Manage payroll, attendance, leave and HR operations.

- Develop HR policies, SOPs and processes.

- Handle employee relations and grievances.

- Manage performance appraisal, KRAs/KPIs and training.

- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.

- Support management in HR strategy and workforce planning.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 7+ years of HR experience.

- Strong knowledge of all HR functions.

- Good leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

- Ability to independently manage the HR department.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
