We are hiring a Head of Human Resources at BizzHub
Bizzhub is a flex office operator providing customised managed offices and co-working spaces for corporates, MNCs, start-ups and freelancers. We currently run 6 centres across Bengaluru, managing 1.7 lakh sq ft of office space. Over the next few years we plan to grow to dozens of centres across multiple cities, and we are looking for someone to build and run the HR function that makes that growth possible.
You will hire the leaders and teams who will deepen the existing business and launch and run each new city, and you will put in place the policies, pay structure and people processes that allow us to scale without losing what makes us good. You will own HR operations end to end,
from workforce planning and performance management to compensation, perks and policy, and you will keep us compliant with labour and employment law as we enter new markets. You will also design how we hire, onboard, develop, engage and retain people in a business that moves quickly, and you will work closely with senior leadership on culture and change as the company grows.
