About Our Client Our Client is an independent investment fund (AIF CAT-III) that invests in Indian public markets with a private equity mindset The key responsibilities of the roles will involve but not be limited to - - Drive fundraising initiatives for public markets investments.

- Build and maintain relationships with institutional and retail investors.
- Develop and present fundraising strategies to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising goals with market trends.
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during fundraising activities.
- Identify new investment opportunities and potential investors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience - 5-10 years of relevant experience in fundraising, business development, private banking / wealth,



investor relations, placement, or a client-facing role in asset management, private equity, or financial services - Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence and relationship building skills - Commit for medium to long-term rather than solve for something in the short-term - Strong entrepreneurial mindset and financial acumen What's on Offer - Opportunity to build the capital-formation engine of a current-age investment firm - Work in the financial services and investment/asset management industry.
