Role Overview

Medisky Hospital – Dankuni is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead the hospital’s Finance & Accounts function.

The role will focus on cash flow, budgeting, receivables, vendor payments, compliance, cost control and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Finance & Accounts operations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
- Manage cash flow, budgets and fund planning
- Monitor OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy and other revenues
- Track TPA, insurance and corporate receivables
- Manage vendor payments and outstanding liabilities
- Control unnecessary expenses and financial leakages
- Ensure bank and account reconciliations
- Coordinate GST, TDS, audits and statutory compliance




- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
- Implement strong internal financial controls

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent
- Relevant Finance & Accounts experience
- Hospital or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, GST, TDS, MIS and cash-flow management
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, follow-up and leadership skills
