Role Overview

Medisky Hospital – Dankuni is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead the hospital’s Finance & Accounts function.

The role will focus on cash flow, budgeting, receivables, vendor payments, compliance, cost control and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Finance & Accounts operations

Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS

Manage cash flow, budgets and fund planning

Monitor OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy and other revenues

Track TPA, insurance and corporate receivables

Manage vendor payments and outstanding liabilities

Control unnecessary expenses and financial leakages

Ensure bank and account reconciliations

Coordinate GST, TDS, audits and statutory compliance





Support management with financial analysis and decision-making

Implement strong internal financial controls

Candidate Requirements

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent

Relevant Finance & Accounts experience

Hospital or healthcare experience preferred

Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, GST, TDS, MIS and cash-flow management

Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel

- Solid analytical, follow-up and leadership skills
