? Role Overview The Design Head will lead NuHome’s creative vision, oversee the design team and drive innovation across collections. This role requires a balance of artistic creativity, market awareness, and leadership skills to ensure NuHome remains at the forefront of India’s home décor industry.

Reporting To - Founder / CEO / Director

Experience Required - 8+ years, managing a team of designers and engaging with the partner ecosystem.

? Key Result Area

- Design & Curate 40 - 50 Collections per year for Curtains & Upholstery
- Design & Curate 8 - 10 theme-based artistic DIGITAL PRINT Collections per year for Curtains & Upholstery
- Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Junior Designers for the same
- Coordinate the stall design, curation of display and execution of 2-3 large exhibitions per year




- Oversee and approve the marketing collateral, SM Posts, Reels, films, etc as per the brand guidelines

? Must have:
- Designed a minimum of 15 to 20 collections per year on similar lines for the last few years
- Designed theme-based Artistic Digital Print Collections, minimum 5 collections per year on similar lines for at least 2 years
- Managed a minimum of 3 senior/junior designers for at least 5 years
- Coordinated minimum 2 large stall design of minimum 200 sq mtr
- Experience in Marketing Collaterals, SM Posts, Reels, Films etc of minimum 2 years
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Familiarity and expertise with design tools, licensing, and the like.
- Work closely with the Catalogue production team year-round.
- Work with vendors and partners for photo renders, Photoshoots,
- Create and maintain Sku wise data for website updates.

? Qualifications & Experience
1. B. Des - NID / NIFT or equivalent, with a Furnishing Portfolio
2. 8+ years of experience in textile/home décor design, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
3. Proven track record of successful collection launches and team management
