Head of Administration & Facilities The Opportunity

Aliens Tattoo isn't just India's largest tattoo brand—we're building the world's most admired tattoo company.

With 16+ premium studios, a team of 160+ passionate professionals, and an ambitious vision to become a global lifestyle brand, we believe great businesses are built by great leaders.

We're not looking for managers who simply maintain operations.

We're looking for leaders who build businesses, develop people, obsess over customer experience, and think like owners.

If you thrive in high-performance environments, love solving complex business challenges, and enjoy leading teams to extraordinary results, we'd love to meet you.

As a Administration & Facilities Manager, you will be the CEO of your region.

The Mandate

You will own the physical and administrative backbone of every Aliens location — studios, school and headquarters alike. That means every building system staying functional, every asset tracked and maintained, every licence and lease current, every studio presentable and safe, and every location adequately staffed for the daily work of running it.

You will build and run a team of your own, hire the vendors and agencies the network depends on, and hold the budget that funds all of it. When something breaks, you fix it. When something is about to break, you've usually already caught it.

You will report to the Director of Operations, and you will have the authority to make every call this mandate requires.

What you'll be doing

Keeping every studio and headquarters location fully functional — electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, access systems and the rest — with issues resolved on a clock that matches how serious they are, and repeat failures traced to their real cause instead of patched again.

Knowing what Aliens owns, everywhere. A live record of every physical asset, serviced ahead of failure rather than after it,

checked regularly against reality so nothing goes missing or is quietly falling apart.

Keeping every location legally explicit to operate — every licence, every permission, every renewal, tracked and actioned well before anything lapses. Every lease, contract and compliance document held in one place, findable in seconds.

Making sure every studio has the people it needs to stay clean and presentable, every day — coverage planned properly, gaps closed the same day they appear, whether the fix comes from your own team or a trusted agency.

Keeping headquarters running the way a workplace should — secure, stocked, orderly and ready before anyone walks in.

Reading every studio's condition honestly and turning what needs fixing into a real plan — budgeted, scheduled, approved — then delivering that work with contractors you manage personally, on time, on budget, with the studio barely missing a beat.

Building a vendor network Aliens can actually rely on, in every city it operates — and holding your own budget, where every rupee is tracked and real savings are found without ever touching safety or the customer experience.

Building the team that does all of this. Hiring people who meet a real bar, developing them deliberately, and holding the standard on how Aliens works — not just what gets delivered.

What we're looking for

You've run facilities and administration at scale before — multiple sites, not one building. You know what a functioning building actually requires, and you can tell a good vendor's work from a mediocre one on sight.

You are equally comfortable with two very different kinds of work, and most people are only good at one. You can read a compliance calendar and a construction quote with the same fluency you'd bring to a maintenance ticket. Systems and paperwork matter to you as much as fixing what's broken.

You move fast under pressure. A studio without air-conditioning on a Saturday, a licence about to lapse, a contractor running over budget — you don't wait for someone else to notice.

You are financially disciplined. You've owned a budget before, and you know the difference between a real saving and a corner cut that shows up as a problem six months later.

You build teams and hold a bar. You hire well, you coach seriously, and you don't let a values problem slide just because someone delivers.

Experience across a multi-location retail, hospitality or premium-service network is a strong plus. A background that spans both hard facilities work and administrative or compliance discipline is exactly what this seat needs.

What success looks like every studio and headquarters location runs without avoidable disruption. Breakdowns are rare, and the ones that happen are fixed fast and don't come back. Every licence is valid, every lease is tracked, and nothing has ever lapsed on your watch.

The network's physical presentation matches what a premium brand promises — refurbishment happens on a real plan, not in a scramble. Your vendor relationships are strong enough that a crisis gets handled in hours, not days.

And the function itself runs without you personally holding every thread — a team you built and trust, running a system you designed, at a standard that holds whether or not you're in the room that day.
