ABOUT THE ROLE

SVTN Group is seeking an experienced Head – HR & Administration to lead HR operations, workforce management and administration across our corporate office and construction project sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and administrative systems.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of engineering, technical, administrative and site personnel.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, performance appraisals and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC and statutory requirements.
- Oversee labour contractor compliance, workforce deployment and site HR operations.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters and retention initiatives.
- Oversee office administration, site facilities, transport, accommodation and vendor management.
- Develop HR budgets, control administrative costs and maintain MIS reports.
- Coordinate with project heads and senior management on manpower planning.

REQUIREMENTS




- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 10–15 years of HR and administration experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll and contractor labour management.
- Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple project sites.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in large construction companies managing corporate and project-site HR operations. Work Location: Pune, with visits to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
