ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Head – Finance & Accounts to lead Finance & Accounts operations, financial planning, reporting, compliance and strategic finance initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Finance & Accounts operations and team

Ensure accurate & timely financial reporting

Manage cash flow, investments, insurance & financial planning

Prepare and monitor annual operating & capital budgets

Establish strong financial controls & processes

Ensure statutory, taxation & regulatory compliance

Monitor business performance, budgets & financial variances

Support fundraising & capital structure initiatives

Coordinate with auditors, investors & senior management

Lead finance personnel and financial systems

Support M&A;, IPO & Investor Relations activities

KEY SKILLS

REQUIREMENTS

CA – Mandatory

5 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience

Solid knowledge of Taxation, Audit & Statutory Compliance





Strong Financial Planning & Analytical skills

Excellent Leadership & Stakeholder Management skills

Strategic Finance experience will be an advantage
