: Head of HR

We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven Head of HR to lead our end-to-end people operations, talent strategy, and organizational culture. In this role, you will align human capital strategies with business goals, drive talent acquisition and retention, oversee compliance, and cultivate an engaging, high-performance workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR strategy with company goals; act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational structuring.

- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Oversee executive hiring, build robust talent pipelines, and elevate the company's employer brand to attract top-tier talent.

- Culture & Employee Engagement: Foster an inclusive, high-performance work culture; design engagement programs and retention initiatives that minimize turnover.
- Performance Management: Drive transparent performance evaluation systems, goal-setting frameworks (OKRs/KPIs), and promotion cycles.
- Compensation & Advantages: Design competitive compensation, incentive,



and benefits structures in line with industry benchmarks and budget parameters.
- Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and establish continuous training programs to foster career development and leadership succession.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure total compliance with labor laws; oversee payroll, HRIS software, contract management, and internal HR audits.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of scaling teams, designing organizational structures, and executing strategic HR change-management initiatives.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with HRIS, ATS platforms, and data-driven HR analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and executive communication skills.
