Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Head – Animation, Robotics & AI to lead the development and implementation of Animation, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and emerging technology programmes across our schools. The candidate will be responsible for academic planning, curriculum development, faculty mentoring, project-based learning and building a strong culture of innovation among students.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Animation, Robotics and AI academic programme across designated schools/campuses.
- Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum, lesson plans, projects and practical activities.
- Develop innovative STEM/STEAM, Robotics, Coding, AI and Animation-based learning programmes.
- Guide and mentor teachers/trainers in effective delivery of technology-based education.
- Plan and conduct workshops, competitions, exhibitions, hackathons and innovation challenges.
- Introduce students to AI tools, robotics systems, coding, automation, 3D design, animation and emerging technologies.
- Monitor academic delivery, student participation and learning outcomes across campuses.
- Develop and standardise teaching resources, activity kits, project modules and assessment frameworks.
- Encourage students to develop real-world technology projects and innovative solutions.
- Coordinate with school leadership and academic teams for implementation of programmes.
- Identify new technologies, tools and educational trends relevant to school education.
- Conduct regular training and professional development sessions for teachers and trainers.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Support participation in inter-school, national and international technology, robotics and innovation competitions.




- Ensure appropriate use of technology, equipment, robotics kits and laboratory resources.
- Collaborate with external technology partners, trainers and educational organisations when required.
- Build a structured Innovation & Future Skills roadmap for students from primary to senior school.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Coding/Programming and Animation.
- Good understanding of STEM/STEAM education and project-based learning.
- Strong academic planning, curriculum development and training skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of teachers/trainers.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
- Creative and innovative approach towards technology education.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple school campuses and coordinate with different stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Animation, Electronics, Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI, Robotics, Animation, Coding or emerging technologies will be an advantage.

Experience

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Robotics, AI, Animation, Coding, STEM education or technology-based school programmes.
- Prior experience in a leadership/academic coordination role will be preferred.
- Experience managing technology programmes across multiple schools/campuses will be an added advantage.

Note: Salary offered will be depending upon tour current or Last CTC.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
