Responsibilities
- Lead Functional Schools for all programs including FTW, FTP and FTG
- Manage end-to-end coordination for UTTC training programs covering SME selection, lesson
- Execute the technical trainer development program across Functional Schools
- Support central ER/IR to drive workmen skill-building programs through identification of partners (vendors) for Fitters, Welders, Electricians, Instrument Technicians and HEMM Operators
- Consult all the stakeholders to Coordinate with functional School SMEs to identify the skill gaps Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in Training Need Identification & Analysis, Lead Functional Schools and UTTC training programs
- Any Engineering with proven experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training and Talent Development
- Solid expertise in SOP upgradation, Technical Training – Workmen and Capability Development
