Overview

The Head - Academic Excellence Team will lead Prayogas academic initiatives, ensuring that our educational research and pedagogical innovations are effectively implemented. This role requires a highly experienced educator with a solid research background, deep expertise in curriculum development, and a passion for driving academic excellence. The candidate will shape Prayogas vision for education, mentor teams, and spearhead initiatives that redene learning paradigms.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute a strategic vision for academic excellence in alignment with Prayogas research and educational goals.

Curriculum & Content Development: Oversee the creation of innovative, research-backed curricula and learning resources across disciplines, with a focus on science, mathematics, languages,

and psychology.

Research-Driven Innovation: Foster a culture of research and inquiry, integrating academic rigor with creative problem-solving to develop impactful educational solutions.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with educators, researchers, and experts across elds to develop pedagogical models tailored to diverse learning contexts.

Teacher & Student Training: Lead training programs for teachers and students, promoting best practices in teaching methodologies and assessment.

Academic Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of researchers and educators, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement.

Impact & Outreach: Engage with schools, institutions,



and policymakers to disseminate Prayogas research and innovations, ensuring broader adoption of transformative educational practices.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of academic rigour, innovation, and effectiveness in all educational initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Postgraduate degree (PhD preferred) in Sciences or related felds.

Experience: Extensive teaching experience at the school level, with a deep understanding of pedagogy and curriculum design.

Leadership: Proven academic leadership experience in driving research-based education initiatives.

Innovative Thinking: Strong ability to develop creative and impactful educational methodologies.

Collaboration Skills: Experience working with diverse teams, interdisciplinary experts, and educators.

Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate complex educational concepts and engage effectively with stakeholders.
