We are looking for an experience HCC Medical Coder to review patient charts, assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes for chronic conditions, and ensure full compliance with HIPAA standards and CMS guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review clinical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes to capture HCC to the highest level of specificity.
2. Ensure all documented conditions meet MEAT criteria and flag gaps or missing information.
3. Maintain strict data privacy and security when handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
4. Maintain a 95%+ accuracy rate and assist with internal / external risk adjustment audits.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
