Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Gynaecologist to join our medical team. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive women's healthcare services, ranging from routine prenatal care and childbirth management to the diagnosis and treatment of complex gynecological conditions. This position is critical to ensuring the well-being of our patients, requiring a deep understanding of female reproductive health, surgical precision, and empathetic patient communication.

The ideal professional will bring a strong background in obstetrics and gynecology, with specific expertise in managing various stages of pregnancy and performing essential surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough prenatal and postnatal examinations to monitor the health of both mother and fetus, ensuring optimal outcomes for all pregnancies.

- Perform a wide range of obstetric and gynecological surgical interventions, including Cesarean sections (LSCS), tubal ligations, and hysterectomies, with a focus on safety and patient recovery.

- Manage complex cases involving multiple pregnancies, including triplet and quadruplet deliveries, as well as high-risk pregnancies requiring specialized care.

- Provide expert consultation for patients with a history of multiple previous deliveries, tailoring care plans to address specific medical and obstetric histories.

- Execute minor and major gynecological procedures such as Total Abdominal Hysterectomy (TAH)



and Vulvovaginal procedures with precision and adherence to clinical standards.

- Deliver comprehensive counseling and education to patients regarding reproductive health, family planning, and post-operative care.

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and hospital protocols.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and nursing staff, to coordinate seamless patient care.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduation experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

- Proven clinical proficiency in performing Low Segment Cesarean Section (LSCS) and managing complex delivery scenarios.

- Demonstrated experience in handling high-order multiple pregnancies, specifically including triplet and quadruplet deliveries.

- Solid surgical skills in performing Total Abdominal Hysterectomy (TAH) and other gynecological surgeries.

- Familiarity with and ability to manage Vulvovaginal (VH) procedures and related conditions.

- Experience in caring for patients with a history of multiple prior pregnancies, ensuring personalized and safe management strategies.

- Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and compassionately.
