- Conduct thorough patient consultations and physical examinations to diagnose and treat gynaecological conditions.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures, including outpatient department (OPD) visits, ultrasound (USG) imaging, and operating theatre (OT) interventions.
- Manage pre- and post-operative care for surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and medical histories.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and coordinate referrals when necessary.
- Stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices in gynaecology to enhance patient care quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ year of professional experience in gynaecology or a related medical field.
- Proficiency in managing outpatient department (OPD) workflows and patient interactions.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing and interpreting ultrasound (USG) scans.
- Hands-on experience with operating theatre (OT) procedures and surgical assistance.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Valid medical license and relevant certifications required.
