Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced MS Fabric Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and enterprise data platforms. The role will focus on architecture, governance, data engineering, analytics, security, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Microsoft Fabric workspace architecture with focus on scalability, performance, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Define and implement data governance, security, RBAC, authentication, authorization, and data protection across Fabric and Power BI.
- Architect CI/CD and deployment pipelines using Fabric/Power BI Deployment Pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git.
- Design enterprise data solutions using Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, and Dataflows.
- Architect and optimize Power BI Semantic Models, including star schemas, relationships, DAX, calculation groups, RLS/OLS, incremental refresh,



and performance optimization.
- Lead the design of complex Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring usability, performance, and self-service analytics.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, documentation, and mentoring to development teams.
- Drive Microsoft Fabric adoption, best practices, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills :

- 8-15 years of experience in Microsoft Data & Analytics.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services.
- Strong knowledge of Fabric architecture, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, and Dataflows.
- Expertise in Power BI Semantic Models, DAX, data modeling, RLS/OLS, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, RBAC, and enterprise data architecture.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong architecture, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
