Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time role responsible for overseeing daily cleaning and maintenance activities across assigned homestay properties. This hybrid position is based in Jaipur, with a mix of on-site supervision and some work-from-home tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning housekeeping schedules, assigning tasks, inspecting rooms and common areas, and ensuring adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

The role involves training and guiding housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and addressing service issues or guest feedback in a timely manner.

Supervisor will also collaborate with operations and property owners to improve processes, support check-in/check-out readiness, and uphold Swabha’s brand standards.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising housekeeping or cleaning teams in hospitality, homestays, or related environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety practices for residential or guest spaces.
- Ability to plan schedules, allocate tasks, and manage workloads across multiple properties.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to guide staff and coordinate with property owners and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and commitment to delivering guest-ready spaces consistently.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones or computers for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur with flexibility for hybrid work, including field visits and remote coordination.
- Prior experience in homestays, hotels, or facility management is an advantage; relevant vocational training or certification in housekeeping is a plus.
