We are seeking an experienced Guidewire BillingCenter Cloud Developer to implement, configure, integrate, and support Guidewire BillingCenter applications on the Guidewire Cloud Platform.

The candidate will work closely with onsite teams to understand business requirements, assess technical feasibility, develop scalable billing solutions, and provide production support. The role requires robust expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter, Guidewire Cloud, Gosu programming, configuration, integration, and billing domain processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter version 10 or above, Guidewire Cloud standards, Gosu, Java, SQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, develop, and integrate Guidewire BillingCenter applications using Gosu and Java.
- Develop and maintain BillingCenter functionality covering:

- Billing workflows

- Invoicing

- Payments

- Delinquency

- Commissions

- General Ledger (GL)

- Billing processes and rules
- Develop and maintain Guidewire Gosu proprietary code, APIs, methods, rules, and business processes.
- Perform Guidewire BillingCenter configuration and integration activities.
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, XML,



and web services.
- Work with onsite teams to understand client requirements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Coordinate offshore development and delivery activities with onsite teams and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production incidents related to BillingCenter.
- Provide technical support, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution for BillingCenter applications.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire and organizational coding standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, and release processes in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers and integration owners to resolve integration and application issues.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect fixing, and technical documentation.
- Ensure solutions comply with Guidewire Cloud standards and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
