Role Description The Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at IKAYI in Lucknow. This role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, guiding guests to their tables, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.

The Guest Services

Associate responds to guest inquiries, coordinates with the service and kitchen teams, and supports the bar and rooftop operations during busy periods.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized reception area, handling phone and in-person bookings, and addressing guest feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming and positive experiences.

Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback with patience and professionalism.

Experience managing Reservations, including phone and online bookings, seating plans, and waitlists.

Clear and confident Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.

Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels is preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Basic computer or POS system literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
