Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves welcoming and engaging with visitors and residents, ensuring a qualified and courteous first point of contact at the property. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reception duties, handling inquiries and appointments, coordinating with sales and facility teams, and maintaining visitor logs and front desk documentation.

The Guest Relations

Executive will address customer service issues, provide information about projects and amenities, support site events or client meetings, and help ensure a seamless guest experience. The role requires consistent adherence to company standards in appearance, communication, and service delivery.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive, professional experiences for visitors and residents.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication,



active listening, and basic written correspondence.

Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, such as handling calls, greeting guests, managing appointments, and maintaining front office records.

Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including the ability to assist prospects with information, coordinate site visits, and support the sales team.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field are beneficial.

Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or front office operations is an advantage.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools is preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Thane & Kasara site, maintain a professional demeanor, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
