nAbout the Role

nWe are seeking a confident, outgoing, and sales-oriented Guest Relations Executive to represent our wellness & spa outlet inside Le Meridien at Gurgaon. This is a guest-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and converting interactions into revenue. The role combines hospitality, relationship-building, and direct sales in a premium hotel environment.

nKey Responsibilities:

nGuest Engagement & Sales

n● Proactively approach and greet guests in the lobby with confidence and warmth

n● Introduce guests to our wellness services, express therapies, and special offers

n● Generate sales by converting walk-in guests through persuasive communication and relationship-building

n● Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs, time availability, and preferences

n● Maintain a strong presence in the lounge to maximize visibility and walk-in conversions

n

nRevenue Generation & Promotions

n● Consistently work towards daily and monthly sales targets

n● Support cross-promotions with other outlets of the hotel to drive additional footfall

n● Assist in executing in-lounge promotions, offers, and campaigns

n● Capture guest interest efficiently

n

nGuest Experience & Brand Representation

n● Deliver a warm, premium, and professional guest experience at all times

n● Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the wellness outlet





n● Address basic guest queries and be a single point of contact

n● Ensure the outlet ambience, hygiene, and presentation meet high service standards

n

nOperational Support

n● Coordinate with therapists/staff to ensure smooth guest flow

n● Support appointment scheduling and service readiness

n● Follow SOPs related to service standards, hygiene, and airport compliance

n

nDesired Profile

n● Strong people skills with confidence in initiating conversations with guests

n● Sales-driven mindset; experience in credit card sales, club memberships, retail sales, hospitality sales, beauty or wellness services is highly preferred

n● Comfortable approaching guests and actively promoting services

n● Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

n● Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor

n● Responsible, disciplined, and dependable

n● Very strong sense of ownership and detailed oriented

n● Ensuring world-class product and service delivery
