About the Role

BLR Brewing Co. is looking for a warm, confident, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the face of the brand and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polished personality, and a strong understanding of hospitality and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.
- Manage reservations, guest seating, table allocation, and waitlists.
- Build positive relationships with regular, VIP, and new guests.
- Understand and cater to guest preferences and special requests.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate closely with the service, bar, kitchen, and operations teams.
- Ensure smooth guest flow and an elevated dining experience.
- Assist with special occasions, events, and guest requirements.




- Follow up on guest feedback and ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, hospitality, and professional etiquette.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or premium F&B.;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, approachable, and pleasant personality.
- Solid customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Good grooming and professional presentation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience with restaurant reservations/POS systems will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
