Role & Responsibilities:
- Connect with leads and respond to customer enquiries
- Follow up with prospective clients and encourage studio visits
- Explain membership/services and assist customers in making decisions
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients
Candidate Profile:
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
✔ Confident, well-presented and customer-oriented
✔ Strong convincing and sales abilities
✔ Target-driven approach with good follow-up skills
✔ Candidates from Fitness, Hospitality, Wellness, Retail, Salon/Spa, Healthcare, Education or Sales backgrounds preferred
