Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, proactive, and well-groomed Guest Relations Executive to join our F&B; team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, and escort/seat them appropriately

- Handle guest reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently

- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest experience

- Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Maintain guest history/database and note preferences for repeat customers

- Assist in organizing special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries) for guests

- Conduct table visits to check on guest satisfaction during service

- Upsell restaurant promotions, events, and menu specials when appropriate

- Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, offers, and ongoing promotions

- Ensure the front-of-house/reception area is clean, presentable, and welcoming

- Handle guest feedback forms, online reviews, and follow up where needed

- Support the manager in daily operational and administrative tasks





- Coordinate with billing/cashier for smooth guest checkout

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)

- 0–2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or F&B; service (freshers with right attitude may apply)

- Excellent communication skills (English + local language)

- Pleasing personality with a customer-first attitude

- Well-groomed and presentable

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems)

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
