- Welcome guests and provide a warm, skilled, and personalized service.

- Assist with guest check-in, check-out, and other Front Office activities when required.

- Handle guest queries, requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments for guest requirements.

- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Handle VIP guests, special occasions, and special requests.

- Maintain good communication with guests throughout their stay.

- Promote hotel facilities, services, and activities.

- Maintain proper guest records and Front Office documentation.

- Ensure professional grooming and maintain the standards of the Front Office department. Role & responsibilities
