Supreme Universal is looking for a Guest Relationship Executive to join our Administration team at our project site in Punawale.

Location: Punawale, Pune | On-site

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Department: Administration

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients visiting the project site, ensuring a warm and positive experience.
- Tag leads in the software and ensure smooth lead assignment.
- Manage site-level administration and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Collect client feedback after site visits and share insights with the Sales & Marketing teams.
- Ensure professional presentation and excellent communication with clients at all times.




- Coordinate with the on-site team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in Real Estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused and approachable personality
- Comfortable working on weekends
- Professional and well-presented
