We are looking for a professional and well-presented Guest Relationship Executive to manage guest interactions and provide excellent hospitality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Maintain solid relationships with guests and ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill guest requirements.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain proper records and follow company service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Front Office, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Candidates comfortable working at Sector 04, Noida.
Salary: ₹60,000/month
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
