KAIROS Pulse is looking for a hands-on AI builder to design and deliver AI-powered GTM engineering and revenue operations solutions for B2B technology companies in telecom, networking, and enterprise tech.

You will build custom AI skills, plugins, agents, voice AI solutions, workflows, and dashboards that automate marketing, sales, and RevOps, then turn them into scalable, client-facing products. This is a builder role, not just an architecture role.

What You'll Do

- Design end-to-end GTM workflows covering prospecting, enrichment, outreach, lead scoring, routing, pipeline management, and reporting
- Build AI skills, plugins, and agents across platforms such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Gemini, and CRM-native AI, choosing the right fit for each client's stack
- Develop AI automation on CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and others
- Build knowledge RAG systems and stateful multi-agent workflows (e.g., LangGraph) grounded in client data
- Deploy voice AI agents for lead qualification, follow-up, and conversation intelligence
- Build complete solutions with intuitive UI/UX and dashboards that give clients real-time visibility into pipeline and campaign performance
- Establish AI governance, security, and data compliance standards for KAIROS Pulse and client deployments
- Shape KAIROS Pulse's AI product roadmap and mentor the internal team

What You Bring

- AI platforms: Hands-on experience with Claude (API, Claude Code, skills), OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and open source models, including building skills or plugins on at least two platforms




- Agents & knowledge systems: LangGraph, LangChain or LlamaIndex, MCP, vector databases, and RAG architectures
- CRM & GTM tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and workflow tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, or Zapier, with a robust grasp of RevOps processes
- Voice AI: Experience with platforms such as OpenAI Realtime API, ElevenLabs, Vapi, or Retell AI, integrated with telephony and CRM
- Engineering: Python, API integrations, cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure), and Docker or serverless
- Rapid building: Proven speed with vibe coding and AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Lovable, with the judgment to take prototypes to production
- UI/UX: React / Next.js, Streamlit, and dashboarding, with the ability to turn AI capability into products people actually use
- Governance & security: Working knowledge of frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, plus data privacy requirements (GDPR, DPDP Act)

Must Have

- GTM engineering, RevOps, or marketing ops background
- Bachelors in Engineering
- Experience building AI SaaS products or AI tools for B2B marketing and sales

Nice to Have

- Hands on experience in managing revenue operations and using salesforce and other similar CRM platforms

- Reduction in manual marketing and sales operations effort
