What You’ll Do An Analyst located in the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) is responsible for proactively supporting multiple clients in diverse locations through the use of best-in-class technology for emergency and non-emergency security programs, incoming call triage, event dispatching, and event-driven notification services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that may include the HiveWatch GSOC Operating System and internal tooling, physical security technologies, OSINT intelligence and notification platforms, and analytic requests. In an emergency situations, the HiveWatch GSOC directs and coordinates assistance and support for its clients by providing analysis, technical, and advisory assistance for the performance of essential operational services; the escalation of identified security events, and is the central communication intake point for management, control, and reduction of immediate threats to health and safety.

GSOC Operations Support

- Provide operational GSOC coverage, which may may include monitoring access control alerts and video feeds, answering calls, dispatching or notifying security officers and maintenance, and liaising with emergency 911 centers
- Conduct organized triage analysis, prioritize, and make decisions under stress
- Maintain concise records of communications, events, and the basis for analytical conclusions

GSOC Analysis

- Independently research and evaluate OSINT, travel alerts, security incidents, and emerging threats across multiple software platforms and intelligence sources
- Assess the credibility, relevance, severity,



and likely client impact of incoming intelligence, including incomplete or conflicting information
- Decide whether intelligence warrants escalation, client notification, continued monitoring, or no further action
- Compare possible courses of action and recommend responses to HiveWatch and client leadership teams
- Partner with the HiveWatch Intelligence Program to prepare threat assessments, intelligence reports, executive briefs, and periodic trend summaries for client security leadership
- Work collaboratively with HiveWatch’s and clients’ leadership teams to prepare for, respond to, and recover from incidents and crisis events that may impact our clients, including their personnel, property, business operations, or brand

- Represent and display the HiveWatch core principles of customer service and professionalism
- Communicate and disseminate information to key partners through established communication vehicles and best practices
- Maintain composure during critical incidents and emergencies
- Comply with all HiveWatch rules and guidelines, including safety rules and guidelines, and maintain strict confidentiality

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security operations center, intelligence analysis, threat assessment, corporate security, emergency management, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience analyzing security intelligence and preparing written assessments or reports for decision-makers
- Ability to exercise sound independent judgment on time-sensitive matters with significant client impact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across various platforms (email, Slack, phone, etc.)
- Ability to produce concise reports and recommendations from verbal or written sources
- Must be willing to learn unfamiliar technical systems
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, especially during times of crisis




- Must have a reliable means of communication (e.g., email, cell phone)
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)
- Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon the extension of a conditional employment offer

Physical And Environmental Conditions

- The position requires sitting or standing in place for extended periods
- No personal belongings, including electronics, are allowed with the employee while on shift
- Secure storage will be provided onsite
- Significant computer and screen viewing will be required

- This compensation range for the GSOC Analyst role is:
- Eligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan
- Final offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
