We’re not looking for someone who has “managed” Meta Ads.We’re looking for someone who has SCALED them. ?If you’ve handled ₹50L+ monthly ad spends, know your ROAS from your CAC, and can spot a CPM spike before it becomes a problem — we want to talk.

What you’ll own:? Campaign Execution

Build & scale Meta Ads across Advantage+, Manual, Retargeting & Lookalike campaigns

Manage Google Ads — Search, Shopping & Performance Max

Drive daily budget pacing and bid optimization against ROAS/CPA targets

? Monitoring & Diagnostics

Track CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA & delivery health

Identify and troubleshoot CPM spikes, conversion drops, creative fatigue, audience saturation & tracking issues

Work with tech/dev teams on Pixel, CAPI & tracking health

? Creative + Funnel

Run structured creative testing across formats, languages & concepts

Support TOF / MOF / BOF funnel strategy and budget allocation

Build creative performance trackers and turn insights into action

? Reporting & Planning

Own daily/weekly performance reporting across Spend, Revenue, ROAS & funnel performance

Support SKU-level DRR,



inventory-led media planning and major sale campaigns

Monitor and optimize performance during EOSS & key sale events

? Cross-functional

Partner with Shopify/eCommerce teams on landing pages, offers & product listings

Coordinate with Ops/Logistics to align ad spends with inventory availability

? What we need from you:

✔️ 4–5+ years of scaling Meta Ads for D2C/e-commerce

✔️ Experience managing ₹50L+ monthly spends while maintaining ROAS/CAC targets

✔️ Strong understanding of Pixel, CAPI, Custom Events, GA4 & attribution

✔️ Strong creative instinct — you understand why an ad works

✔️ Ability to make rapid, data-backed decisions

✔️ Hands-on operator who can execute, diagnose and optimize
